noted CYLW (Kelowna) in NRM Region missing taxiways

I am in P3D v2.5

I have Global and Vector 1.3 up to date as well as OpenLC

I am in North America Mode however and I have NRM installed and patched.

FTX Central 2.05753.35429

Running Windows 10

 

I have switched to Global and back to North America in FTX central a number of times.

I see this also in the region addon.

 

Just checked in P3Dv3 and v4 and the issue is there in both. Yellow taxiway lines are there but no concrete. Not sure if the trees in the concrete area are supposed to be there either.

 

No other addons and the v4 installation is clean except for Orbx.

It seems there was a hot fix for this issue that was made available in the forum back in 2014. Its surprising that the hot fix never made it into any of the subsequent service packs?
