Ziggy
Good morning/afternoon/evening fellow simmers, Would someone or a few of you please let me know if you have trees on the runway at CYPU Puntzi mountain, I am having the exact same issue as the person in the link below. http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/58342-trees-back-on-rw-at-cypu/?hl=cypu Thanks in advance, much appreciated

jabble
Hi Ziggy, I see it too. BUT... and this is weird... when I first checked it out I forgot to change to N America from Global; the airfield was there OK, but no trees. Maybe a useful clue? Ziggy
Thanks very much guys! Hi Ziggy, I see it too. BUT... and this is weird... when I first checked it out I forgot to change to N America from Global; the airfield was there OK, but no trees. Maybe a useful clue? I should have mentioned that with Global and Vector CYPU was fine on my end as well........interesting

Voyager
Hello all, See you that CYPU is well within the NA. Imho, I think that the solution may come from Orbx staff that provides the the freewares. Cheers,
birdguy
I get the trees in both Global and North America. But there are only three of them and I solved the problem by noting the coordinates of each tree and then bringing the airport up in AFX and drawing a small exclusion rectangle around each of them. No trees on the runway. In case anyone else is interested in doing this here are the coordinates: N52* 6.58' W124* 9.40' N52* 6.62' W124* 9.28' N52* 6.98' W124* 7.97' Noel
Holger Sandmann
Hi guys, as mentioned in the thread listed in the first post it's an odd issue because the PFJ airport files for CYPU actually contain a correct autogen exclude covering the entire airfield. In any case I've made an external version, which should override any remaining autogen, and have attached it to this post. Unzip and move into \ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_NA_PFJ05_SCENERY\scenery and let me know whether that does the trick. Voyager
Hi Holger, This resolved the issue. See: Now CYPU is in NA. Thank you for your prompt action Holger: I enjoyed a lot! Cheers,
Neil Hill
Hi guys, Download and install these files, per the enclosed "readme", they should eliminate the "trees" issue. I'll pass the files onto Holger for the next PFJ update. Cheers, Neil Opp's, Holger beat me to a solution, either will work.
