  1. Hi, for some reason I'm having this problem again. Everything is maxed out in P3Dv4.5+ using Win Pro. Please help. Thank you.
  2. Hi NIck, I downloaded the above file but it's a problem again. The KHAF airport issue was I think resolved early last year before I uninstalled P3D, and it only started being an issue again after I re-installed P3D and KHAF, and is now an issue again even after replacing the ORBX_KHAF_APX.bgl file you provided above. I backed up the old file by renaming it _ORBX_KHAF_APX.bak. I'm using version P3D v4.5.14.34698, True Earth Northern California, and the KHAF installers which I downloaded last month. Please advise. Thank you. George Edit (additional info), after replacing the ORBX_KHAF_APX.bgl file, the rocks appear in the first 10-20(?) feet of runway 30, disappears on take-off, but re-appears in the last half of runway 30 (when landing on the runway or if you taxi till the end of the runway). Weird.
  3. Thank you for the reply. I tried downloading several times. It keeps saying the page does not exist. I'm kinda surprised it's still an issue since I just re-installed the scenery.
  4. Hi, I re-installed Orbx KHAF and getting this problem again. Can you please make this file available again? I'm using Win 10 Pro and P3D v4.5+. Thank you.
  5. Lake Tahoe (KTVL), Monterey (KMRY), and Blue Canyon (KBLU)
  6. Monterey and South Tahoe are exactly the two sceneries I'm waiting for. Hopefully also Landmarks Northern California, Landmarks Southern California, Landmarks San Francisco and Landmarks Los Angeles. The default areas are missing important landmarks. For example, the Salesforce tower which is the tallest building in San Francisco, the very long San Mateo Bridge near the KSFO, and the huge Moss Landing Power Plant between Monterey and Santa Cruz in Northern California (in the P3d version).
  7. @John DowWhat he said, is a good thing. That means it's likely that it'll see the light of day. Kudos to them for soldiering on.
  8. Let's assume LC Asia has been cancelled and you're Orbx. What are the pros and cons of making an announcement? Cons: 1. A lot of people will be pissed 2. Re-affirms the suspicion that P3D and X-plane are at a dead-end 3. Drag other existing P3D sales down 4. Encourage developers to jump ship Pros: 1. Hmmmm..... hmmmm.... hmmm....
  9. Problem is solved. How do I delete this post?
  10. Hmmm... I don't want to argue here but in my opinion, painting the *island* of Alcatraz white is like painting the Eiffel Tower white and that would be okay because of the availability of the landclass for Europe anyway and because there might be issues in the commercial environment that we know nothing about.
  11. @John Dow Totally agree, with two exceptions. Do you own True Earth Northern California? There is no excuse for leaving Alcatraz the prison island, the way it is in TE. The island itself is colored white. Also, the Bay Bridge which is fine in FTX Northern California is now just a 'bridge' which is totally wrong. I have over a 100(?) Orbx sceneries. Maybe it's human nature, but when I think of Orbx I think of that white island and the white cliffs of Dover. A couple of years ago, in Dover our tour guide said the mayor of Dover has the locals paint the cliffs white in Dover on Sunday evenings for tourists. Now, I live in very liberal and progressive San Francisco which is where Alcatraz is located. It's a very colorful city (it is where the hippies thrived and the gay capital of the US, if not the world). However, I can tell you that I know for a fact that it would and will continue to be illegal to pay prisoners to paint the island white on Sunday evenings to drum up the tourists trade. There is no fine line between quality and performance in TE Northern California. And that's probably true also for pride of ownership under @John Venemaversus a strictly for-profit business enterprise. You can almost compare it to what happened to Apple under Steve Jobs and Apple after Steve Jobs.
