resolved EA 7 Cannot achieve rotation speed on take-off

Hi... I just purchased the EA 7 from within the FS2020 market place. When trying to take off, I cannot reach the rotation speed (ca. 60kts) and the place crashes due to damaged landing gear. Weight/Balance settings are OK. 10° flaps, full throttle etc. Appreciate your advice on this issue. No other planes are affected. Kind regards John
