Just an update after mulling over the problem with a glass of Tamnavulin. I have added my old ScotFlight Libraries plus RAF Lossiemouth from my old P3D v3 files, isolated TE North EGQS files and have RAF Lossiemouth back complete with tower! Just got to do the same with RAF Kinloss and Leuchars.

Hi Nick I did similar adding a tower using ADE just as a temporary measure but the default towers are nothing like the real thing, wrong colour for a start. Just have to wait to see if MAIW or similar does a conversion package for the three main RAF airfields in Scotland.

Just flown into RAF Lossiemouth and noticed the control tower is missing, has anyone picked this up as well. Tried to correct the missing tower using the old Playsims scenery but no joy.

Hello Doug, The airfield in question is an old WWII one , RAF Montford Bridge west of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, home of 61 OTU during the war. As you can see I have moved and shorten the main runway away from the trees and bushes but ideally would like to remove them altogether and have the runway positioned where it should be. Apart from scenProc is there another utility tool I can use to hide autogen appearing on ADE generated airfields?

I understand the difference between photo based imagery and land class scenery but I want to know what is causing autogen to appear in some airfields regardless when a CVX.bgl file is there to prevent it appearing.

Just recently purchased TE South and Central England to replace Orbx EU England and Wales and am well pleased with the product, however although UK2000 airports show no problems I've found that any airfields I have generated using ADE have trees and buildings showing on them even though each airfield has a CVX file to mask this. I have all my airfields above any Orbx entries in my Scenery Library file and it just seems that something within TE South and Central are cancelling the CVX.bgls for any ADE generated airfields. I had no problems with the previous Orbx EU England scenery with autogen at any airfield. Any ideas?

Yeah, well thanks for the overwhelming response but I've resolved the issue myself! At the time I had P3Dv3 installed using Orbx as well so since un-installing/re-installing all of V4.5 Orbx files did'nt improve anything (UK England was the only area with patches on high ground above 1000'), I have completely un-installed P3Dv3 with all it associated add-ons and files.Verified all of V4.5 Orbx files, libraries etc, un-installed UK England and then migrated all add-ons to a library outside the P3D directory ie a different drive. Downloaded UK England again, verified files and then readjusted Scenery layering using Lorby-SI Addon Organiser for P3D. Did a test flight with default aircraft in Manchester area and the scenery is fine, including Mull of Galloway shown in the first post. Satellite view of England shows no faults.

Morning Nick Further scenery Orbx problems this time over the Peak district east of Manchester! Flying over the West Midlands and Wales I cannot find any other affected areas. I've followed your advice on removing black squares/patches but that has no effect. I did have Aeroplaneheaven Hawker Hurricane Mk 1 for P3Dv4.5 from JustFlight installed once but had so many problems with it (such as low FPS, stuttering, Killed AI, high Coolant temps etc) that I un-installed it and had a refund.
