You might look at KASE in Colorado, outside Eagle. The runway altitude is badly off...looks like a raised lengthy flattened ridge that collapses on touch down. Archive 82

Just uploaded and 'flew' North Rockies region and the runways at Coeur d'Alene are half 'buried' when seen at ground level, although they appear OK from above...until you are on final. Then they partially disappear. Dunno if this is the kind of thing you want. Did not get the airport ID, sorry.
