  1. Disregard the previous post. From MK Studios...... Unfortunately, the files and client data are linked to the vendor where they were bought. Behind the scene the are also hosting, marketing, and managing costs that the vendor had to cover (included in the product price). Currently, we don't see a possibility to transfer these licenses even though I fully understand that Orbx Central is way much easier to manage the updates. All the products available in the Simmarket as well as Orbx Central will be managed the same way. This means the updates, future discounts, and promos. Example - If you buy a product in Steam you're not entitled to transfer the license to Microsoft store/Origin or any other vendor. This is how it works. There's also no requirement to manage any files manually besides some cases when the installer can't access the files and do the job. Currently, it's only possible to transfer licenses from our old store where we managed the distribution process ourselves. Oh well....
  2. This certainly does not seem appropriate. I've already purchased the software. I should not have to buy a second license for the privilege of using Orbx Central. There was no issue with migrating my iBlueYonder airports though I did not purchase them from Orbx. Orbx has created the best portal for software purchase, installation, and updating in the flight sim industry. I simply want to be able to use this great tool to manage a product I've already purchased. Please reconsider your position on allowing migration for purchases from other venders. We own the rights to the software. We just need access through your improved portal. Thank you, Don
