    Hi all, an update for REX Weather Force is now available on Orbx Central.

    to influence MS/Asobo to do something about the state of the age of the Australian Scenery 

     

    To non -Australians  - the recent so called update for Australia was a great con  - with a few adjustments to minor airports

    and the confused cityscapes that Orbx have needed to re-do - after having had to do it once before  - after the first release!

     

    The Australia you have been flying over since day one is at least 9 years old  - and as some know my favourite beef -  after

    all the initial hype - is in my home city of the Gold coast - a tourist Mecca here in the State of Queensland - MY HOUSE is only

    a building site in the sim and I've lived in it for 8 years - and the views of the GC - the ones shown to advertise the NEW upgrade  were 

    also 9 years out of date. :banghead:

     

    Ed - We need another upgrade - to upgrade the upgrade - ---- Australia V2 for P3D was more accurate than MS2020 - and

    My house is clearly shown on The P3D gold Coast City Scape !!!      ;)      

     

    I wish I could pull those strings. MS does use what is available and I guess the data for the Gold Coast is dated as you say.

    That building we couldn't get to sit correctly amongst all the photogrammetry and had to be left out unfortunately.

    Aeroplane Heaven Cessna 140 update (MSFS)

    HI all, an update for the Aeroplane Heaven Cessna 140 is now available on Orbx Central.


    Changelog for 1.4.0
    1. Electrical issue has been resolved for SU8. Previous fix no longer worked and now is working. Tested on 2 separate flights from full tanks to no tanks. We recommend you not fly with the landing light on though!
    2. CLick spots for pilot removal and flaps have been revised to allow for an easier use of the fuel tanks.

    As everyone has had the opportunity to command respond, I will close this thread. 
     

    I have spoken with the developer who has informed me that he has had trouble with the current terrain profile tools to achieve a smooth runway profile plus the embankment on the edge. Regardless, he will continue to experiment with other methods. 
     

    It’s also clear that customers have very different expectation levels for scenery. The product description and screenshots clearly reflect what is being offered and for many the price point represents value and they are content with their purchase.
