Several other MK-Studio products have also been updated. I presume those all will come to OC soon.

It does seem as if developers are leaving Orbx, which slows anything from them. And Orbx also seems to be becoming a way for 3d party developers to sell their products like Simmarket or Contrail. More money coming in as retailer for other developers, less spent on in-house developing.

I was working for a NYC newspaper on that day and was, of course, told to get my ass in ASAP. Drove into the city with another editor whose brother worked in the Pentagon (he was killed when the hijacked airliner crashed right into his office).
The police made me leave my car at Yankee Stadium and let us walk over the McCombs Dam bridge into Manhattan. We took as subway to Times Square, only first responders were allowed on the subway at that point. I was just before the first tower collapse. I will never forget coming up from the subway to see a pair of F-15s flying low over us.
I went down to ground zero to help organize our coverage and then went back to the office.
At about 3 AM, we went outside after finishing the last edition. It was eerily quiet except for distant sirens. There was an almost snow like fall of ash coming down. I will never forget that as well as the smell.
We went to find a drink at a bar that had stayed open for us and cops.

It's there now. I believe it is up to the developer to get the update to Orbx, usually no more than a day or two.

Southern New Mexico -- 20 straight days 100 F or higher. May "cool" to 99 today. Neighboring El Paso, 40 miles south, 30 straight 100+. Nary a cloud or drop.

thanks, Nick. I did ask there and got the usual run on answers that it will work if you do this or maybe not. Think I will just wait on the beta.

I havn't tried any of the MSFS betas mainly because of reports of having to reinstall the sim after opting out. Do these problems still exist and is there a way to combat them it they do?

I have GSX Pro located in a subfolder in the Linker Addons folder. There is a link in Community. If I call GSX up in MSFS, it starts and immediately closes. I reinstalled it and it worked. I then closed MSFS and changed the preset in Addons Linker from all Addons to only a certain number of sceneries. GSX was active in both cases in Addons Linker. When I restarted MSFS with the new preset, GSX started and disappeared. Should I be doing something to prevent this behavior?

Nick,
I set up an MSFS Addons folder in my "I" drive with all of my addons in it. The Community folder is empty. I set up Linker with the MSFS Addons folder and my Orbx Library MSFS folder much like you have. I keep getting an unhandled exception every time I try to start the Linker.

I realize that I don't need two, but how does MSFS know t go to the ORB X Library folder rather than Community?

Still have problems. Should Orbx scenery be in both an Orbx Library and Community Folder?

i understand how it works. My question is about the fact that I have many, many addons in my Community folder as well as some links from Linker. AS I uinderstand it, all addons should be in the MSFS Addons (my name for it) folder and not it Community. If that is the case, wouldn't I have to move addons that are not in the new folder from Community in order to set up links?

My Addon Linker messed itself up somehow or other. I think I was doing some things incorrectly in any event.
1. Should ALL addons be moved from the Community folder to the MSFS Addons folder I created when I reinstalled Addon Linker?
2. What about those in Community that are currently links?
3. I have my Orbx products in two places (one for TEs and one for everything else), what do I with those?
