EGNX East Midlands Airport is now available to purchase for X-Plane 11 on OrbxDirect!
EGNX East Midlands Airport is an international airport in the East Midlands of England, close to Castle Donington, Leicestershire, between Loughborough, Derby, and Nottingham with Leicester 20 miles to the south. EGTH Old Warden is located near Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We have tried to capture both the history and natural beauty of the airport and surrounding area. Old Warden and the Shuttleworth Collection is a private aerodrome and operates unlicensed. Hello everyone,
KSUN Friedman Memorial Airport for Prepar3D v4 is now available!
Developed by Turbulent Designs, Friedman Memorial Airport includes 715km2 of 60cm per pixel photoreal for the airport and valley. This mountainous area also includes 1ID5 Lukes Wood River Medical Center Heliport for those wanting to take a little more time to explore the valley.
KSUN will feature buildings and vegetation textured in high definition and stunning detail.
As attention to detail is key, we like to treat every airport area as a feature area, built with exploration in mind. Not only will KSUN look stunning from your aircraft, but it will look even better up close and personal. We recommend everyone have a wander around!
Modelled and textured by Russ Linn, the airport terrain is where most of the new features are located. KSUN also features dynamic season textures using v4 native scripting.
We opted to model the entire airport area as a mesh, giving us the opportunity to create a sloped runway, different levels in terrain, an insane amount of detail with some cool weather and lighting effects. Effects include realistic oil, reflective puddles during the winter and rain, icy runways and taxiways during snow and even the reflections of lights in puddles at night time. As always, we also like to include our custom modelled buildings for a nice buffer between the airport and autogen. All of the custom buildings are highly detailed with plenty of variation, giving those urban and industrial areas a nice natural look!

TrueEarth GB North covers a massive area of 104,635 km2 of hand corrected imagery covering the entire northern region as shown below in the coverage map. Of particular note are metropolitan areas such as Glasgow and Edinburgh. We have also faithfully recreated scenic areas such as the Scottish Highlands as well as the Shetland Islands and the Isle of Man. Nature lovers are going to be particularly impressed by the sheer amount of flora and mountainous areas in this pack - This particularly green region boasts 166,519 forests!

THIS PRODUCT INSTALLATION HAS A DECOMPRESSION STAGE - The TrueEarth Great Britain North download size is a compact 21.8GB to save on download time, but we are using a new installation system where we decompress the ortho textures using FTX Central. This expands the total installation to around 142GB of drive space. The texture conversion process can take between 1 to 2+ hours, depending on your CPU speed and the number of cores it has. It is normal during this process for the cooling fans to speed up on your PC.
After the download stage is complete, you will still see "Downloading", but the STATUS will change to "Converting" and a countdown of the number of texture files remaining:
DO NOT ABORT OR INTERRUPT THE INSTALLATION DURING ANY STAGE! Wait for the tick to appear and the text "Product Installed".

CityScene Orlando for FSX & P3D is now available to purchase on OrbxDirect!
Orbx CityScene is a new line of scenery products that will recreate urban centres and cityscapes around the world in incredible detail. EGTR Elstree Aerodrome - the latest UK airport to be ported over to XP11 - is now available for purchase!
Combining the 1 cm, 2 cm and 3 cm resolution ground poly areas with the on-location photography of John Lovell, you will be completely immersed in the scenery here. The aerodrome is located in Elstree, which is situated 2.6 nautical miles east of Watford, Hertfordshire, England. EGTR started out in the 1930s as a small landing strip and came into its own during World War II when it was used for the overhaul and repair of military aircraft. After 1945, Halifax freighters operated from Elstree and several charter companies took up residence. Since then, Elstree has become one of the foremost general aviation airfields in the country and has become a popular venue for visiting pilots.

Russ White's first venture into the UK and the first of his series of UK VFR airfields is now available for X-Plane 11!
EGSG Stapleford Airport is located in the Epping Forest district of Essex. Stapleford began in the 1930's as Essex Aerodrome and was used by the RAF during the Second World War. Today it is used extensively for pilot training by the Stapleford Flight Centre, a family run business that has been training pilots for over 40 years. Each building has been made to look as it appears in real life - definitely one to add to your GB South collection!

Hi everyone,
EGHR Chichester/Goodwood Airport for X-Plane 11 is now available to purchase on OrbxDirect!
EGHR Goodwood Airport, located in Chichester, West Sussex, was the first airport Orbx released for England back in 2011 and has now been ported and further enhanced for X-Plane 11 including updated aero club buildings, a heliport at the Goodwood Racecourse, historic Shell refuelling station, completely new grasses and flora, animated racing cars, and colour matched to TrueEarth GB South for XP. Almost every single object seen at the real airport has been photographed on-site, modelled and placed, allowing you to immerse yourself in a realistic flight simulation environment.
The airport is located on Goodwood Estate which was the home to the Dukes of Richmond for over 300 years and was donated by Freddie March, the 9th Duke, to help in the Second World War effort and was used by the RAF. The latest airport in our British series is EGHR Goodwood. This airport is near and dear to our JV's heart - not only is it his local airfield, but it's also the site of the Spitfire sim which uses TrueEarth GB!

TrueEarth GB Central covers a massive area of 59,383km2 of hand corrected imagery covering the entire central region as shown below in the coverage map. 2W3 Swanson Airport is here for X-Plane 11!
This little hub has been created and transformed into a detailed corner of paradise! Swanson Airport is virtually non-existent in default X-Plane, so this by far is the best way to experience 2W3 in all its glory.
Swanson is a quaint little airfield in Eatonville (the entire town is included in this package!) surrounded by residential areas - some of the houses even have their own airstrips. The airport includes static aircraft and vehicles as well as custom buildings. Beyond the airport itself, you will find the stunning Lake Ohop which is renowned in the area among watersport and fishing enthusiasts. I don't know about you, but we would move there in a heartbeat!
