Benny perhaps you are not aware that Orbx is also a key partner / contractor / content provider for Microsoft. Default Microsoft scenery, World Updates and MSFS 2024 contain Orbx work, so even if you don't purchase any Orbx published or directly sold add-on scenery, you are still seeing other content produced by Orbx as part of the default simulator.

Gaya create airports and point of interest models for MSFS World Updates. So they are continuously developing a massive amount of content with typically 4 or 5 new airports every few months along with a mass of point of interest models. I guess the Microsoft contract has resulted in releases under their own brand becoming a much lower focus.

Gosh, I was surprised by the comments to this news over at FSElite and then found many of the same here. It just goes to show how varied experiences and opinions can be - that's what make the world such an interesting place! As for me the current Burbank is one of my faves, and was an amazing release way back in the very early days of MSFS 3rd party airport design. I'm really looking forward to V2! Good one Matteo!
