Has anyone seen Terry Carter (TeeCee) lately? I know he wasn't enjoying the best of health and was pushing 80 and hoping he was taking a break.

The thing is Landon there are a lot of people out there, me included, who get stuck into the assembly thing with the attitude of if all else fails RTFM.

The only problem I see with most airports is that most of them don't own a lawnmower of some type. Some of the ultra-lights and small aircraft almost disappear if parked on the grassed area.

Us old farts lead a rather quiet, mundane life here with sudden bursts of activity then a hiatus to rest up for the next one. Oh did I mention we occasionally fire up our sim and take off anywhere in the world.

I spent 8 years growing up on a farm. I had 2 cows to milk each morning before breakfast then go to school. It was a daily routine for me but something I loved. On frosty winter mornings I would dip my hands in the warm milk to warm them up. Being a sheep farm we had a good supply of meat.

I was born in 1946 so I am a relative junior but I also grew up in the era when you could leave your front and back doors open at night during the summer for air conditioning. Also if you went away for a holiday you could give your neighbour your house key so they could feed your pets while you were gone.
