  1. With respect to the Sumburgh airport area, there appears to be a mesh issue with the headland to the north west of the airport (beyond a certain distance, a small chunk of the cliff is missing, but the outline of it is still visible). I do not know if this is an Asobo issue, or something to do with the Orbx Great Britain Mesh package.

  2. I have just checked out ESNZ Ostersund on Google maps, and that looks like another really interesting location. Looking forward to that one when it is eventually released :)

For the record, ESMQ Kalmar Oland looks like another great spot for an airport, with a large bridge spanning the Kalmar Strait across to Oland Island B)

  3. I just purchased another one of Marcus Nyberg's products (ESSB Stockholm Bromma), and this could also be classed as a triple pack, since it includes ESSB Stockholm Bromma, ESSV Visby, and a large number of detailed Stockholm landmarks. Add this to the just released Swedish Triple Pack, and that's some fantastic value for money!

  4. I added a product to my cart in Orbx Central, and was expecting to be able to pay for it by redeeming Orbs. However, I realised that this is not possible through Orbx Central, so I had to do it via Orbx Direct. No problem. I purchased the product with the required number of Orbs, and installed it via Orbx Central. Unfortunately, I still have the same product in the Orbx Central cart, and I do not seem to be able to remove it.

    Can anyone help?

  5. Can someone explain to me why the update available for this is v1.02 when I have v1.03 installed? What exactly is being removed?

EDIT: I have just noticed that it seems to have automatically reverted to v1.02

  6. Three years ago I posted the thread linked below about the water texture boundary between TrueEarth Netherlands and the default water.....

I was advised to disable the following three files to restore the default waterclass....

    FTX_EU_NLD_WLC_4913.bgl

    FTX_EU_NLD_WLC_4912.bgl

    FTX_EU_NLD_WLC_4813.bgl

As far as I can remember, this worked at the time. However, it is not working now.

Can anyone advise what I need to do to restore the default waterclass so that I do not have an ugly water texture colour boundary in the North Sea?

  7. I have seen it mentioned before that it is impossible to change the seasons so that I do not get snow textures in winter. However, I am rather baffled by this. If the snow cover is rendered with textures, then where are these textures located? I would like to delete/change them so that I can fly from this airport in winter without having to see the snow textures next to the green textures of TrueEarth GB North.

EDIT: If this means that there would be no snow anywhere in the world, then that is fine. I only fly around the UK and Netherlands.

  8. I have just noticed that I seem to have a mesh problem with Orbx EGPB Sumburgh. I have it installed in P3Dv4 together with Orbx TrueEarth GB North, and it seems like the high resolution terrain mesh is not being displayed. The headland to the north west of the airport looks very blocky, and the rocky areas on the coast in this area are all flat as a pancake. I have the terrain mesh resolution set to 5 metres, but even setting it to 1 metre makes no difference whatsoever. I am using the flat (AI) airport option.

Can anyone help? I do not recall having this problem in the past.

EDIT: I also have the PlayHorizon 5 metre terrain mesh installed.
