I had the same issue and found that a mod for LROP airport was causing it. If you have that, check if you have the latest version of it as it resolves the crash.

This is a great fix, thank you Renault! That's one tree problem fixed. Let's hope there might be a fix soon for the tree self-shadowing without turning all the shadows off. That is an absolute eye-killer when bush flying.
