  3. Hi John, I recognise the jimmy and the aerial farm behind you, A few of us went skiing up on the mountain and then drove the landrover down to the beach for a swim in the sea. Looking at the gaiters and boots your wearing you were there before me, my time was 1974-75

  7. for me Australia, could not buy the individual regions when they were released as I did not have a PC that could run them, so had to wait until I could afford to upgrade my PC. Then ordered Australia and waited for the disks to be delivered, pure joy

  10. Started on computers with a Plessy using octol on punched tape. First personal computer was a ZX80, upgraded that to a ZX spectrum, then a BBC computer. Microsoft Flight Sim 1 on an IBM 8088 the Hard drive was 20 mb and the case was the same size as the computer case. Then went the route most of us did 286, 386 and so forth. I've still got a copy for F19 in its original box on 5 1/2 inch floppy, plus Microsoft Space simulator signs of a mispent youth
  11. A friends dog that we used to walk for him, it was a Yorkshire terrier when it thought we had walked far enough he would plonk his but down tilt his head to one side and refuse to budge. We used to carry a squeaky ball which we would throw and as soon as he heard it land he was up and after it, all thoughts of stopping forgotten
