Hi there! Yep, another 'Newbie' jumping onboard.
Thank you kindly for the warm welcome Jay and JV! What a great start to the ORBX forum experience. Have already embarked upon the ORBX experience itself a few months ago upon returning to FSX with some great Region sceneries already, in fact I believe only the hot-looking new SAK remaining, and a few airports already also, to which I keenly look forward to steadily adding to and building upon, not to mention the exciting new 'earth-shattering revolution' that can only be the upcoming FTX Global, particularly the intriguing 'Plus pack' which sounds like it has the potential to do some great things in making our simulated planet truly 'Global' to connect us all). Therefore, as you can probably tell, I've been following the forums from the day I took the ORBX plunge and now can't resist but jump in and not just watch, even though watching alone has given me some countless moments of excitement, anticipation and not least more than a few great laughs getting to know the rich diversity of personalities and conversations stemming from that fabulous mix. Just to close, I do have an urgent issue that I need addressing and I'll post about that in a while (just a how to question, by the way) but for now I'd just like to say a big and warm hello to the great and hugely talented ORBX team around the world and to all my fellow simmers/pilots/aviation enthusiasts who between them make this great hobby of ours the great pleasure it is and help it to constantly break new ground and go from strength to strength. Thank you ORBX for the magic you have brought to our great activity! Look forward to getting involved. Thanks for the patience with my long First post but it just exhibits there are a lot of us out there you may not have known about and the built up gratitude and pleasure that has not been expressed until now. See you in the forums people

Welcome to the forums. Its always good to see new people here at FTX from all over the world. Can I make a suggestion, I think Todd and the guys are mainly concentrating on airport upgrade packs primarily in North America and Europe, at the moment at least. Having said that the Popular holiday island of Langkawi in the Andaman Sea and its airport would make a perfect suggestion for the 'Experience' packages that Tim and Ken are doing, just like the Pago Pago and Papua projects. They have very kindly invited suggestions and welcomed discussions on Exotic Experience ideas so can I strongly advise you to post this same post again on their thread here in the General Discussions area of the forums (a couple of pages down)...I believe it is titled along the lines of: "Future Experience packages: name your dream locations" so that they and others here can consider your ideas. Good luck and a very warm welcome to the forums again. Its a great suggestion if all the luxury hotels and resorts could be modelled too and in a useful location between Phuket and Singapore which would add extra value to its exotic ambience with distinct flavour from the other 2 experiences again. While your there, its a great post and interesting to read and participate in if you like these type of sceneries. Enjoy!
