A perfect flight that was, Matt. And I´ll give you the next little "challenge", feeling qualified by 3 to 1: -

Great shot, medx. Looks like a fun flight. And if Jimmy @Breeze was right, he has the right/duty to show us a next one. -

Correct, J. A. Do you have the chance to ask us a similar question? -

Over the last years I have visited a number of Orbx airports in reality. And I suspect, many of you have done that, too. That gave me an idea... let me start a little collection here: Someone posts a (real) photo of the airport in question. Community may guess, which place it is. Preferrably with a sim screenie of the same location. If the right answer is found within the next 3 days, the first one to get the correct one earns the right to post another and we go back to step 1. If no one gets the right answer or is not able to start the next round, I´ll jump in. Until I have no more and have to resign. Or book more travels... Here we go with the first one. Not too complicated I think. Have fun! -

Great shots, and surprisingly I like the flight photos more than the food ones ! -
Dear mates (and especially @FalconAF, @Chris.D, and - last but surely not least - @Nick Cooper ), I got the issue solved! It was not the interaction of Windows 10 defender and my antivirus program. It was the "Acronis Active Protection" which came with the backup software I had installed before the change from win 7 to win 10: After deactivating this malware-blocker the loading times of P3D are now back to normal - and I will now return to flying and posting here!

Hi Chris thanks for your comments. I was happily running Win7 until now as well, but decided to switch as the Microsoft support (=updates) for it will end next January. It was still possible to change for free, and all runs well - except my flight sim... I tried to follow your hints, Falcon, as it sounds logical. Unfortunately my version (win10 Home v1809) does not show any of the options to deactivate the defender (or to define exclusions) that I found in the web (until now): It has the perfect automatism to recognize my antivirus program and therefore allows no access to any defender settings. I´ll search more... or hope for some good suggestions here.

I know that there have been some other suffering long p3d loading times... I now have the same after upgrading my OS. But I know this community is great... Does someone have an idea how to cure this? Maybe some p3d files have been hidden somewhere on C:/ which I just have to find and move somehwere else? Or a complete new-install of p3d? Any hints are appreciated.

Thanks mate!

After all I am not so sure. At least he did not run away from the plane in panic.

Thank you Iain!

So sorry John, I was not there to help you. But, see, WAS state is a bit too easterly for RFDS to serve! Hehehe. It remains unclear what caused that bloke to fall and recieve difficulties in articulation. The secrets of the outback I suppose. Thank you John. Deserts shown in this detail are not boring at all! Hahaha, I was just looking for a picture to give evidence for the intoxication... and by the way found some with a local touch. Brewed according to German law! Oh, all but cool, mate. All the time > 35°C! Thank you Adam. Given the temperatures down there I can understand why somebody wants to finish the 5 litres. Alone. Thanks, and I´ll try to, Mark. As far as my real-life travel schedule allows...

We were called for a tourist to pick him up at Kings Creek Station. The report said he was run down by a "gigantic, fierce man or bear", fell and got "severly" injured. An unknown time later he was found "somehow lying on the ground of his tent, not able to speak in understandable words". When he woke up he claimed that he only had "one beer, maybe two" during the evening. Upon our arrival he was found stable, but with a severe headache. No traces of the offender were seen, and none of the other tourists reported any uncommon observation. Even the crowd of Big Reds aside the cattle station were quiet... So we just put him into the Jeep and drove him to our plane. Off we went, following Larapinta Drive to the north, ... ... passing Kings Canyon NP. Not a big sight in the sim, but should be in real. (Will be checked next year...) The road winds itself up northwards through the western ridges (there should be a lookout point)... ... and finally turns to the east at "Camels Hump". I wonder how this name was found. Into the western MacDonnell Ranges... you see the crossroad bottom left? As our patient seemed to be in stable condition, we did this little detour... ... seeing Gosses Bluff meteroite crater up the road. We continued to follow Larapinta Drive, which goes right east through Hermannsburg. A few minutes later we passed Pine Gap tracking station (to the right), still following the road towards YBAS. The city of Alice Springs to the left. Descending over the ranges... ... into the 13. Do not land on the dragway to the right! After a safe & soft landing... ... our passenger was taken to the nearby RFDS center. No more symptoms left! In the afternoon he was picked up by his bunch. They also returned the trash from their tour. Maybe this "one beer" is an explanation for all symptoms and observations of our patient.

Great light, and the last camera setting is fantastic, Thom!

Thank you for the info, Scott. For saving time with GSX2, would it be possible to have a list of all orbx airports where the jetways are part of the terminal model (and thus can not be changed yet)? Thanks again, Gerold

How do I get around the new forum? Read this :)

I can´t get the "eye" finction to accept anything longer than one line. And as I have to make a complete reinstall following the orbxlibs upgrade, i don´t want to spent more time on this next open issue.... Hope someone finds an easy guide.
