  1. Yes please, I'm currently working on an update for GBN, so a picture of the seam would be useful for me to fix
  2. Please can you open a support ticket about this and let us know which ones you would like landable... Hard objects in X-Plane come at an expensive performance cost, so we don't make the objects hard-surfaced especially in such a crowded area.
  3. We don't like to give out times or estimates like this because things can change, but it's very close now.
  4. It's approx 175GB on my install uncompressed, about the same as the other regions. SD is approximately 45GB.
  5. Each region improves on the last, so this has newer tech in it that isn't in NoCal, but both regions work nicely together. We haven't planned at the moment retrofitting all the older regions with newer tech as we would be in a perpetual upgrade cycle as each new region is released, and these regions take a lot of time and effort to make
  6. It doesn't. Work on SoCal didn't stop the work on the P3D regions, they're coming as well.
  7. I'm currently travelling home and I'll check when I get back later today. It seems like an install problem, but if it was corrupt, there would have been a popup error message.
  8. Tillamook air museum is almost certainly in the scenery as it stands out for miles . Are you actually seeing any landmarks, e.g. In Portland are there any custom buildings at all?
  9. This is due to the source imagery and what we had to work with for the UK. The US imagery is actually more consistent and this is because in the UK there are very tight restrictions on ATC and of course the weather which makes the aerial imagery harder (and more expensive) to obtain. As for the decals, we are working on a control panel option that will allow users to enable/disable decals for any of our TrueEarth regions.
  10. The maquify_1_green_key.dcl is the same one used in South and Central. It can give a repeating pattern when used over green terrain (hence the name).
  11. This was intentional, however based on feedback it's likely we'll have to create a control panel option to enable them. The problem is that they can produce an ugly pattern at higher altitudes when the terrain is green.
  12. To help us get to the bottom of any scenery issues, please post your scenery_packs.ini and log.txt file along with any bug requests. Both these files can help us determine scenery conflicts and issues much easier than guessing from a description and hopefully will get the issue resolved quicker. To locate these two files: Open your X-Plane 11 directory. (For Steam users, right-click on X-Plane in the library, select Properties and choose "Browse Local Files"). Look for a file called log.txt, if you have this file then please include this is your bug report Open up the folder called Custom Scenery, and locate a file called "scenery_packs.ini". Please include this file in your bug report. Both of these files are plain text and can be attached to your post (Preferably using the code icon <> in the toolbar to prevent formatting issues) The log.txt file is overwritten everytime you restart X-Plane, so it's very important that you post this file before you restart X-Plane The above files do not contain any personal information, product keys or anything that can be used to track a user, they are simply a way to help developers troubleshoot bugs. Finally, please do not delete your scenery_packs.ini file every time a new scenery is installed. This advise has been passed around various forums and is used by freeware developers and our advice is that it should not be followed. Not everyone uses the standard naming conventions and it is very likely deleting this file will mess up any scenery and cause more problems that it is worth.
