  4. This looks amazing! Having transited through there many times it’s even more relevant to me. Personally I’m loving the convenience of partners joining Orbx Direct and a one stop shop. Cheers Graeme
  5. That's the best news I've heard today. Next task is to convince/bribe the treasurer to allow my PC upgrade. Wish me luck! Cheers Graeme

We treated my son to an hour scenic flight down to Byron Bay. He's now doing a double degree Batchelor of IT and Aviation. Very proud Dad. Cheers Graeme The ball's in your court John
  9. I have actually been to that spot on Acacia St with my son. I don't remember the trees. I was also thrown off by the boarding passengers dressed in their winter woolies. Quite rare in Brisbane
  10. The loclals will know the building on the hill depicted in Orbx land. Cheers Graeme
  11. It's the trees on the left that have me doubting myself Martyn
  12. Are those the wharf cranes at Brisbane? Cheers Graeme

  14. https://photos.app.goo.gl/xwP9eVxWqTSY3RKf9 Gerold put the challenge down. Only normally happens biannually. It's in Oz. ...... and it's normally a busy runway in the first week of March. Easy! Cheers Graeme
  15. Good to put a face to the name Ben. Looks like an interesting summer passtime. Dankie. Alles van de beeste. (Hope that's correct, it's been quite a few years since I learnt Afrikaans at high school in Zimbabwe Rhodesia)
  16. Thanks Sammy, that's a great career story of which many of us will be jealous. Thanks for the photos mate - every time someone takes the trouble to post their story I think to myself - I must get my butt into gear and do the same. My real aviation experience however is virtually nil. Thanks again and stay active on the forum
