I mean by very poor that it lacks the details, msfs airports is okay but when its comes to details then you should think of expert developers, cairo airport that is included doesnt have the correct elevation so when u are doing an ILS approach you will end up very high on the runway and G/S, PAPI lights and will be high also so you dont have any guidance to the runway except your feeling, also the airport is very flat, if you took a look in any elevation map you will see that runway 05C is way too high from the appron 3, the airport has a lot of elevation points its not flat at all, also in terms of building they are a lot of things missing like egyptair maintenance hangars and military hangars and the hundreds of C130 Hercules that parks in the airport and much much more, i will be tired if i write all the details that needs to be found

Yes exactly, cairo airport is the heart of egypt i dont understand why the big developers didnt think about it, the handcrafted one that is included is very poor and lacks a lot of details, you are right about that the resources and photos not too much but youtube videos and google earth helps a lot in this situation.

Is there any chance to work on cairo airport?
