Woot Woot. Just noticed it's available now. Just purchased, and almost finished downloading. Just installed and had a look. LOVE IT!!!!!

Any idea of a release date for this?

Can't wait. I tend to do a lot of short flights between Brisbane and Gold Coast airport in MSFS and look forward to having a proper Gold Coast airport. Now if only someone can make a better rendition of Archerfield Airport, i'd be as happy as larry. The one on flightsim.to isn't that good.

Steps 1 and 2 worked for me too.

Ahhh.. that's done the trick. So, I had to turn on the Bing World Graphics and then reload the airport rather than the Sim. Thanks EasternT3. It must have been a glitch that turned the Bing Graphics off because i've never touched it, and it's always worked great. Everything is sweet again. Cheers

I just had a look. For some reason Bing World Graphics was off. I turned it on, and then deleted the cache again, then resumed, but the trees are still there. I've even left it a minute to see if they disappear. I'll try and reload the sim again.

I just did a quick flight and noticed there are trees on roof tops as well. I have no idea what's causing this, but it sounds like it's only me experiencing it.

Hmmm.. I didn't know I needed to. I've never needed to delete the default scenery before. Anyway, I just tried it, and also tried deleting the rolling cache again, but the trees still show up. Here's a photo. Very bazaar.

Hi All, I'm just wondering if anyone else is seeing trees in the middle of the runway at Sydney Airport (Kingsford Smith)? I updated to SU6, had my Community Folder empty when I did it (but moved it back once I booted the Sim once. I deleted the rolling cache as well. I'm not sure if it's just because the Orbx scenery needs updating or whether it's just me seeing it. I've loaded the airport twice now and both times has trees in the middle of the runway. I'm still waiting for YBBN for MSFS. It was meant to be in testing 2 months ago, but we haven't heard anything since.

I just tried the patch released about 30 minutes ago to see if the frame rates improved. I'm happy to say it's much much better. I was getting rather good frame rates flying at around 1000 feet towards the harbour bridge, opera house, and City Centre, and my frame rate barely dipped below about 45 FPS. Granted I was flying the A5, but I don't remember the Cityscape Sydney ever being this good. Well done with the patch.

And Middle Head. I used to love going to Middle Head and check out the Torrents etc. I think if they do South Head, it only makes sense to do North and Middle as well. It's like the main entry point to the harbour. Still. Good job so far.

Can someone from Orbx comment on when we can expect the YBBN release for MSFS? Initially we were told it was expected in April, but April is almost over, and there's been no mention of what's going on, or any mention in the roadmap. Has it been ditched? Delayed? Any news is better than keeping us wondering. Thanks

I second this. It was supposed to be released in April, but April is quickly running out, and we haven't even seen the previews yet. Is it still coming out this month?

What would be really nice is to do up Archerfield Airport. The control tower is non existent and would be awesome if this could be done at some point. BTW. I'll be getting the YBBN and the city pack as soon as they are released as well.
