I've always liked that a few static aircraft were included in airport releases, for me they add a little more emersion and realism, but with recent static aircraft and AI traffic releases from LVFR, Aerosoft and IAG, I'd now prefer either an option to remove them, or not included at all.

Have you tried removing ALL addons from the community folder, and just adding one of the affected airports?

I'm not seeing the sunken elevation issue with photogrammetry on or off, Orbx Central is showing EGHI as v1.0.0

Unfortunately there are a number of people who have purchased items through Marketplace and are in the same position as you. Microsoft are apparently aware that there have been problems with Marketplace purchases and are looking in to it, they actually mentioned it in their recent Q&A. As Nick said, open a Zendesk ticket.

Not only that, but there are were updates in the Content Manager as well to things like the flights, aircraft and airports.

I see the same as Nick. I use MSFS Addons Linker to just load the scenery / addons I'm using for that particular flight, I don't use any cache (I've had problems with scenery in the past when using it), and I don't have Photogrammetry enabled.

I've just checked and I don't have a problem with both the landmarks and EGLC installed. I don't use rolling cache or photogrammetry. If you do use any cache, you could always try to delete it, then turn it off and try to load at the airport.

I've had a couple of instances of loading screen freeze, but it generally freezes before it gets to the full colour image (none since the last hotfix), it's generally a little washed out, but I've also had long loading times where the progress bar seems to stop, and have had to wait for up to a couple of minutes for it to load. I generally leave it if the text on the screen changes.

You say 'in most cases' and 'usually', I'm guess not always, and not all the time. Probably unusual for a 787 to use LOWI, can you please spawn in using the A320 and try please? If you read my post above, for me, there are pushback services for the A320, because I can actually pushback, however, they are invisible. Now, the issue is not a big problem for me, but for others it may be.
