There's already a few YMML topics been created recently, none have any response from Orbx. News/updates tends to really only be around release.
-
I agree it'll be nice for P3D users to get an update not just from Orbx but all major devs. I guess no news is good news? I think the Navigraph survey will be a good indicator this year for devs. It's been a big year for MSFS in terms of high fidelity aircraft landing on the platform - which was a big blockage for a sub-set of P3D users migrating over. Yes they'll be people who will never leave P3D (some never left FSX) but the survey should provide a decent snapshot of the market left for P3D.

Thank you, I'm happy with someone jumping in with a new airport -
Orbx airports visited in real life - a rolling story

Is it EGNM - Leeds/Bradford? -
The topic is called "What we are working on - 2022". It doesn't mean YMML or any product in that topic was defiantly going to be released. Also there is no other reason why other devs can't have a crack, the other dev excuse is pointless, if another dev wanted to do and release YMML they would.

@MagicTurtleAU - I am sure i've seen on another YMML post that Orbx has teased YMML on Instagram. I don't know the dev process but I think it's being developed by Marcus who's also working on other products such as a ESSA, being another big project. It'll come when it comes

I was going to buy XP for the A310 but then they announced it the day later for MSFS. Can't wait to fly this.

I believe the private messaging function is blocked to people under a certain number of posts to stop spam/bots. I don't know how many posts are needed to unlock this feature

No problem. any issues/queries, feel free to ask/send me a PM. All my flight time is tubeliners, with 90% dedicated to PMDG, so I'll happily help where I can.

Hi Wayne, I use FS2Crew and GSX just fine I believe a PMDG 737 version is coming, the big stumbling block is/was waiting for PMDG's SDK, which is now released, and now FS2Crew can develop it, as for helping with your engine starts, I can't really provide help without knowing how your overhead is setup and your starting procedure. Both FS2Crew and GSX both interact with scenery I've found, I have all settings for this turned off, because they conflict with each other, so I connect jetways, open/close doors manually.

Because some people may like to recreate flights of the past, same reason why Kai Tak is still a popular airport in the simming community. Yes, no navdata makes it harder, but it still is possible.

Like I said I don't think it's Orbx's or Gaya's issue to fix, rather the issue of Navigraph or Asobo/NavBlue But imo there's no 'issue' as the airport is closed so therefore is correct not to show in nav databases
