I have this exact same problem - there's no response at all to pressing the PayPal button, so I'm unable to transact anything. Irritatingly, it's also impossible to use the credit card option - I can type my name into the appropriate field, but clicking in the other fields (credit card number, zip code, etc) is unresponsive and won't let me enter info. I am completely unable to actually purchase anything, and it's been this way for several weeks - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Orbx Central, including deleting all the cached files, and it continues to persist.
