On Samsung B-die You rise voltage, max safe is 1,5V and then rise frequency and tune timings, don't know about Ripjaws but Trident Z 3200 14-14-14-34 should reach 4000MHz CL18.

Not much, if You don’t plan overclock RAM, I wouldn’t worry about that. I have 3600 16-16-16-36 but I overclocked it to 3800 CL16 by rising voltage from 1.35V to 1.45V and tuning rest of timings.

Timings are telling You if it is Samsung B die or Crucial or Hynix. 3200 14-14-14-33 and 3600 16-16-16-36 are B die for shure.
