Hi Doug, thanks Doug..........Ok so I am still not sure on where to go to from here, I get nothing from NZA on the matter, I dont understand that a partner is allowed to not provide the ability to get my purchased transferred over, I have spent a decent sum of Money to get what I can through Orbx for all of the obvious reasons, again based on that Thread I am not sure on how to proceed ?

Hi folks, As you can see via the screenshots I am missing NZA's Hobart and Cambridge Airports, no I actually bought them just before they became Orbx partners (see installed folders). basically I have spoken with them and they advised they would organise to get keys etc so I could redeem keys to get these Airports within Orbx which would make a world of difference for enabling/disabling, updating etc. I have sent messages over the last month but to no avail. When I purchased them I got a link to the download page, so no keys associated with them. Orbx can you provide keys etc on NZA's behalf so I can get these airports associated with my Orbx Central please? My Orbx Library is growing and it makes 200% sense to have these airports added, its becoming harder to manage all of these paid addons outside of Central. Thanks in advance Regards Matt

Basically I could only purchase one at a time and it worked, slow but it worked that was the main thing!

I just purchased one at a a time via PayPal and it worked!

I am having this issue, I cannot use any borwser at Orbx direct to purchase using paypal and when I use the Orbx Central itself it shows the paypal window for around 4 seconds then dissapears, I cannot use credit card so paypal is my option only, I have 6 airports in my cart wanting to purchase them at Sale prices please I dont want to miss out thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Correct, I use an add-on manager for MSFS and it makes fat more sense using Orbx to manage sceneries)airports I own. I simply want to migrate my purchase to Orbx for LOWS. I have done this already with other developer add-ons that are now a part of Orbx So how do I get the key to work in Orbx as I cannot get in contact with the developer? Thank you in advance

The biggest issue is contacting digital designs and not getting a response and also the forums for SIM Russia the link doesn't work so for me I cannot even get in contact with the developer. To me this seems like a small request for the author to provide a key to work in Orbx. I cannot even get the developer to contact me back and the forums aren't in English so actually it's zero support from the authors. I don't ask for much, I spend a lot on softwares etc and the one time I need help I can't get it. Thanks for everyone's replies either way

Hi folks, I bought LOWS Salzburg from digital designs through SIM Market, I received a key all good. Now it's a part of Orbx and the key will not work in Central. I have tried to reach out to the developer directly, also added on Facebook and nothing, it's been two weeks and nothing I just want to merge it with Orbx. Orbx are you able to contact the developer in my behalf or something or does someone know a way past this issue? Thank you in advance
