Introducing ForeFlight worldwide dynamic wind layer in the simulator. windsock on the ground corresponded precisely with ForeFlight depicted winds.

Today's flight in a Beechcraft Baron 58 takes us from Stehekin State Airport with a climb through a river canyon to a steep winding descent through a snow covered valley concluding with a landing on a short grass strip at Skykomish State Airport in Washington State. This is leg 22 of 23 to complete the Walker Air Transport challenge entitled, “Extreme Airports of America.” I hope you enjoy the flight.

In this video I go through the basic set up procedures and demonstrate use of the throttle quadrant in flight. For this video, I set up the throttle quadrant with the general aviation levers for a twin piston engine aircraft. The bravo quadrant includes levers for other aircraft types including commercial four engine turbine airliners. in the flight demonstration portion I flew the Beechcraft Baron 58 airplane which demonstrates use of the general aviation levers.
