  1. Thank you Andreas . I purchased the Magister from Microsoft Marketplace. It is by AzurPoly.
  2. Thanks Jack . Indeed the Magister has an interesting history. By 1960, in excess of 350 Magisters had entered in service with various operators.
  3. Thank you Calum. Glad that you liked them
  4. Gosh it looks lonely there! Nice shots Martyn
  5. That's what my wife tells me - do a crossword or go flying!
  6. Congratulations John . For years I regularly swapped between 3 sims - FSX, P3D and X Plane. Now MSFS has replaced FSX on my pc. But I still use P3D and XP 11 often - maybe that's my problem?
  7. Some shots of Graz Airport. A primary international airport serving southern Austria, located near Graz, the second-largest city in Austria. Construction of the airport began in 1913 with the construction of a grass runway and the first hangars. After the end of the Second World War, Austria was forbidden to possess either a military or civilian aviation fleet. After the reopening of Austrian airspace in 1951, a new concrete runway of 1,500 metres (4,921 ft) was built in Graz. The runway was extended to 2,000 metres (6,562 ft) in 1962. The route network grew quickly and the first international scheduled flight started in 1966 with flights to Frankfurt. In 1969, the runway was extended again, this time to 2,500 metres (8,202 ft), and construction of a new terminal building became necessary. Highlights were visits by Concorde in 1981 and by a Boeing 747 on the occasion of the airport's 70th anniversary in 1984. Ten years later, another new building was constructed with a maximum annual capacity of 750,000 passengers. The latest extension of the runway was to 3,000 metres (9,843 ft) in 1998. 8. Some beautiful shots there Pete!
  9. Well done John! . Nice shots of Biggin Hill . I went to airshows there many years ago. Lots of warbirds at the show. BH is on my 'to buy' list! I understand your problem with the eyes. One of mine is still good, but if it went the way of the other one, then I would not even see the screen.
  10. Great shot there Jack . I think dev mode is the only way to see FPS?
  11. Better get on the ground there Jack!
  12. Great set of shots there Andreas
  13. Gosh Adam, the way you quickly adopted MSFS made me think that you were younger than me! I will persevere, even at my rate of two steps forward and one step back!
  14. Well done TT. God willing, I too will be simming when I get into my eighties . FSX is still a great sim. Plenty of Orbx scenery and lots of good freeware!
  15. Kind of you to say that Adam
  16. Wow! Very well done Jack. I will keep trying!
  17. Thank you Jack. Well done my friend. I might indeed send you an email for help if things don't get easier.
  18. Thanks Rodger. Don't talk to me about the parking brake - my Spitfire tips over regularly on take off. I think that I have switched it to off, but haven't. About 50:50 so far! Very early stages for me, but whilst the graphics in MSFS are indeed a game-changer, I am not yet convinced that the rest of the sim is better than the other two that I know and love.
  19. Thanks Wayne. I too am starting to use the flight menus more
